Regardless of weather or not we eventually do rent it out, I am now finally ready to get back into the REI game and pursue it regularly, and build a robust portfolio of income producing properties.  

I like having an additional income, I like to crunch numbers, I like when my kids are with me when I go see properties so they learn business at early age, and I like to be a part of this game.

Like the inevitable just waiting for you to come around the corner so it can jump up and throw you off your game or halt your progress or sink your ship I guess....

I don't play the price game.  

I'm partnering in the sense I'm bringing the "financing" piece to the table, "John" will be doing the reno/bringing up to standard for the ALH; that is his piece he's bringing to the table.
