Real Estate Agent brought to our attention.

What I would like to gain from this post is to build a strong relationship with a REA that is familiar with the SHU area.

They don’t have any real estate other than their primary residence currently so they haven’t thought through the options and assume they will just have to pay capital gains on their portion of the inheritance.

We are looking forward to learning this business and moving into bigger complexes as we gain more knowledge and grow.

@Timmy Fritz I think the main issue is identifying what your mother is interested in gaining from the sale.

We held the property for two years and profited from the equity gained in that time.

Did you sell the building your leaving and have capital gains that can be put in a QOF, qualified opportunity fund?

I got to be aware of the capital gain exclusion.
