She was told by our local power company, PPL, that our meter base needed to be upgraded, THEN they could put her meter in (there was no meter in her unit because the previous tenant moved and it has been unoccupied for a few months).

Basically, 24 different properties spread across 3 Florida counties will need to close all at once during one closing.My thought is to do a quasi-double close/bridge loan where I bring in a partner to fund the deal (about $5 million), and then have separate closings as quickly as possible after the fact in which we sell the other properties we don't want.

Hi Tj, when starting something new, start with a pilot program with some funds that's not gonna sink the ship even if you took a major lost and test out the water.

If I choose to hire a cleaning company I will need to log my hours and have the cleaning crew bill per hour so that I can prove I that I am working at least 100 hours/year *and* that my time spent is more than anyone else (so in this case, my hours must be more per year than my cleaning company).Some more details:https://www.hwcpa.com/passive-...
