Hello follow agents,I recently listened to an episode of Super Agents Live that featured Stephanie Weeks who discussed the importance of finding a mortgage broker that you can confidently recommend to your clients.

. - Life happened, and i'm currently in an extension period (I highly encourage you to complete everything in the original allotted time because this is just dragging it out as a student and you start getting cold fee if you're not in constant action) - This would status is probably the only real negative I have to say about them.- The instructors/mentors in the US are a little bit more distant as in, they're not as available as they are in Canada and it's simply because of the Student to Teacher ratio.

You pretty much have already decided that this is the company you will most likely go for.Then on top of this, they have an article featured in the news.

Considering you are just beginning I would also strongly encourage you do your first few deals in your home state. 

Our area features top schools and great access to Atlanta.

Here should be your bottom line and what you should be asking yourself:  Will adding this feature make my new tenants happier and possibly stay longer if they are comfortable?  

@Carlos Cevallos  In the upstate in SC, where I am focused, tenants pay electricity directly and water, sewer, trash, and pest control can be billed back to tenants either through a RUBS system or a flat-fee bill, which a lot of landlords are moving to because it's easy for the tenants to understand and you don't have to wait for the RUBS service to calculate the payments or pay their fees.We found that billing through RUBS, especially for water, has the positive effect not only of raising your NOI, but also it encourages tenants to be more economical with water in the first place, now that they have to pay for it.
