It's a 50/50 shot it could work, he might know enough to give you a good job, he might be a fall down drunk or an addict... 

Banks should to be able to offer these deals to UK buyers for the moment and after Brexit, while the loan to value available may fall, deals will remain very competitive.4.

It's great to set a goal but like mentioned above be careful not to let it discourage you if you feel like you're falling behind schedule.  

The Northeast doesn't normally fall in that category.  

It sounds like if it falls into a zoning variance it wouldn't be worth the effort or time.
