The property situation is very different here; there are very few of the high-rises as there are in Singapore.Q: What kind of return can I reasonably expect?

The number of sun spots is a good proxy for the amount of energy transferred from the sun to the earth.As is typical with the sun spot cycle the number once they peak then the number of sun spots declines and with it we have recorded a pause in rising global temperatures. 

We would often use rising pockets of warm air called “thermals” to extend our flying time.

So, I googled the HOA and found a local news article that stated HOA dues were rising but it was like 50 cents.  

Over the last 5-8 years in my area it has been common that market values have gone down, but taxes continued to rise.  

I've been investing in single family rentals in the north Dallas suburbs (Frisco, McKinney, Allen) which have been seen a housing boom, limited inventory, and prices rising.

Also, until interest rates rise, I don't see any amount of extra motivation for buyers to act.

People complain about how prices are rising here; could this be the reason I only found 2 properties in a whole hour of searching?

Is there any way to lower that or rise rents?
