Trnafering the property to the llc would have been my first choice, but unfortunately after contacting the bank that holds the mortgage, they informed me that transferring the deed to the LLC is not allowed under their contract, and that if I did, it could execute a pay off clause.

We have been told the home looks flawless but I still wonder should I be nervous is there anything specific the inspector will look for do they tend to be easy or nit-pickers?

The key I find that helps me in addition to education from books, webinars, podcasts... is meeting people face to face and interact with like minded people and then execute what I learned as much as possible. 

It all depends, as long as no deals are made, or contracts are signed, your ok, but the legality of executing a contract under the influence is frowned upon by Wisconsin Courts.
