Trnafering the property to the llc would have been my first choice, but unfortunately after contacting the bank that holds the mortgage, they informed me that transferring the deed to the LLC is not allowed under their contract, and that if I did, it could execute a pay off clause.

It all depends, as long as no deals are made, or contracts are signed, your ok, but the legality of executing a contract under the influence is frowned upon by Wisconsin Courts.
