Renters contract under LLC?

Hi, I own a property that will be going out for rent soon. The property deed is under my name, however, I recently opened an LLC in order to manage my real state business and investments My question is: Can I make the rental contract between the tenant and my LLC Company? (Even though the property deed shows under my name) (I'm the sole owner of the LLC) Is there any potential legal implications if the contract is made under my LLC and not me ? Would really appreciate any input, and many thanks in advance. Gabriel
