Hello BP,We are trying to work with Chase Bank on a short sale.

Even with doing all the Lyft and 2 full time jobs we are going to break even which I can't do for the long term and continue to get by for more than a couple more months. 

We are looking for a personal loan for 50k to use as downpayment or any other advice as to how to get our hands on this duplex for less than 25% down payment.
