I've enjoyed this forum very much since joining last week.  

I may well 'consult' his expertise in the future, after I do some deals, get the websites up (seller and buyer) and want to refine the approach, deal options, legalease, etc.

Personally, I don't care how a meet up is organized, I would just enjoy meeting and learning from everyone.

I would also be interested in fix and flips to obtain more capital.I have a friend who is not interested in real estate and personal finance per se, but he does a lot of hands on work, and he said he would love to team up with me for some rehabs in the future.BiggerPockets, with all of your expertise, what do you think my first step should be?

I do not know of anyone who truly enjoys the suffering of homelessnes.Estimates are that about 35% of the homeless in the U.S. are Autistic.

My guess is the developer owners have expertise, are satisfied with the current situation and are not motivated, if they were it would be for sale.

But you know, that will never happen, I'm just a 26 year old "kid"...I too, would enjoy getting together for coffee with some other Bigger Pocket investors, if for no other reason than finding some new friends that share similar interests.
