I'm in Michigan and I know from experience that radiant heat is very enjoyable in the winter but it gets very hot here in the summers and and I don't want to fill every window with a window ac unit.How much value do you think I loose by having radiant heat?

The luster wears off of new cars long before the payments end.Find a quality used car pay cash and enjoy remaining dept free.As for how much to spend and which car, well that will take as much research as buying your first investment.

If you have a good source of buyers, rehabbers and landlords, wholesaling is pretty much like shooting fish in a barrel, not too hard.OTH, in picking up junkers, there can be some liabilities lurking that are unforseen....that's why I stress a good basic understanding of RE, at least on par with a new RE agent, more is better.And I enjoyed my interns as well, a couple stay in touch and one is in banking in KC the other works in a family equipment leasing business and they both are picking up RE, so I guess something rubbed off...Good luck!

People are enjoying great food at a very resonable price and these little businesses are sprouting up all over.Just for fun we started talking with the owner of one and found out she would sell.
