Due to circumstances I've a home owner and renter, where the home gives me a discount on the rent ;)When the landlord competent and decent there is a sense of peace of just being able to live in that space without worrying about maintenance and other hassles.

[size=16] Be, Do, Have[/size]The vast majority of people believe that if they “have” a thing (more time or money) then they will be able to “do” a thing (start a business; build a relationship; buy a home; travel, etc), which will allow them to finally “be” a thing (happy, content, peaceful, loving, etc).

Makes me think I am barking up the wrong tree, or that it is a new product.Is there a similar enhanced coverage title insurance that can be written for LLCs purchasing real estate in Maryland?
