I am waiting to hear back from legal counsel, which sought out earlier today as well.Thank you all.Raymond, I'm a CA landlord, but not a lawyer, so I'm talking from my layman's understanding, not as a lawyer.In CA, a landlord can't arbitrarily enter your leased property except in the case of an emergency.
