I hope this post finds everyone well amidst the pandemic, my name is Javonta Smith, 28 year old medically retired navy vet located in San Diego,CA and I recently just finished reading How To Invest In Real Estate, and my niche that I aspire to learn and grown in is acquiring  small multi family homes, apartment buildings, and vacation rentals as to provide monthly cash flow.
