The seller has had to update the flooring in one unit due to water heater damage/explosion and it looks like she did it with the current tenant in it, but I wasn't sure if that meant she put her up in a hotel for during the work or how she managed it.

Hi, @Daria B.What I meant was, mathematically, when paying off the HELOC, does a higher return show when I pay off a $60K amount under the interest-only option, or pay off a $59K (since some principal has been paid in that 6 months) amount with the p+I option?

With other forms of social media, I believe colleague-ing (or "connecting" or "friend-ing") is more of a two-way street to have a conversation, whereas following is meant for someone to follow what you do (including what you post, comment, etc).
