And then to add 'fullness' to the house, get a few rugs and wall art pictures/paintings (again, these can be economical).You can also look into furniture rental.

I'm not currently making a huge effort at this but a couple of years ago, I was able to connect with the Director of Economic Development in a smaller city nearby which was fruitful.

There was another interesting tidbit this morning I came across, an interview with the outgoing Virginia Economic Developmemt Director ...he offered an interesting prognosis that the future workforce would likely not be all remote (he thought less than10% of businesses would be fully remote), but he did think most would be hybrid, partly in the office and partly remote.

Not saying that is a high tech system for the current owner but also seems to run very smoothly and economical from an outside perspective.I would say rents in todays market could go to $500 a month over time which would raise monthly revenue to $4,500.00As far as big repairs left to be completed, I would definitely have to check the age of the roof, hvac, etc. as I am not sure to there age.
