STR in small college town
Short term rental question
We live in a small, historic college town in between bigger cities. Lots of professionals and kids here. Lots of college students.
Seems there is a need for temporary rentals when families relocate here and still searching for a house or to build. Homes sell so quickly!
How much do you think is a fair monthly rental price? Keep in mind STR on AirB&B are charging $100-200/night in those bigger cities, 30 min drive. No houses to rent in our town.
4 bed/ 1.5 bath house, 1900 sq ft. Detached shed. No garage. Old victorian with character.
Bring your own furniture for temporary stay. These are relocating people. I am not ready to furnish it entirely yet.
