I chose to bring this product to the Clothier organization among many of the "others" out there because they are a class act, and, I have watched them make the honorable decisions in and out of the public eye.Now then,..Don't worry!

Now, I rarely miss their podcast.We took Robert’s goal setting seminar some years ago and it was very professional, well organized, and offered a wealth of useful information.

- Clear fridge of all magnets- Clear all kitchen and bathroom counters (you really don't want your toothbrush out for pictures)- Remove pet bowls, toys, and beds before showing - Store kid's toys - keep a laundry basket of toys that can quickly be put in car when you leave house (works great for toddlers)- take out the trash- Do not leave 14 bottles of soaps and stuff in bathtub-Store gun cabinet so people do not remember your house as the house with guns- People look in medicine cabinets - don't leave meds that may leave an impression in view- Organize pots and pans - store the bunt, angle food cake pans, waffle iron, fryer and other large items not used often to clear out room- Clean Clean Clean (especially light switches, door knobs and other areas that hands are always on

Additionally, my friend, acquaintance, and property manager who manages my properties out of state has a thriving property management business with hundreds of properties; he's grown this business organically over nearly a decade.

There are a couple in town and while I have no basis for comparison, I'm pretty impressed with how it is organized and run.

However, if you have a business that you can get modest income from by means of a shell organization or even a small management company, then you can set up a SD 401k and roll your funds into that, and use those funds for investing purposes.

If you're diligent, organized and disciplined you can do that and will be much further ahead of those who borrow money to do the deals.
