I am all about developing systems, and if there is even one outlier in a process, I essentially no longer have a system.If I post a physical notice on their door, I still have the possibility of a denial of receipt ("it was not there when I got home that day!")

So I refuse to dive in until I have the systems lined out in a scale-able fashion, so I won't run myself and my wife into the ground as I have before.I'm the overly creative half, and she's the one who crushes it with systems in place.I've studied and understand most strategies, terminology, and how they work together as much as I can without getting in there and playing with them myself.We're almost to that launch point, and I'm getting excited...

There will be buying opportunities in pockets but I believe that lessons learned from the past have strengthened our systems and we shouldn't see 2008 again unless our leadership (Congress & the Executive Branch) screw things up more than they already have.
