Something to consider would be a USDA solar farm grant if that area is considered rural enough and in need of energy.

I have an investment property in Delaware that I am looking to pull cash out of.

.- Lot size and sq ft. 0f unit interior in relation to prevailing Market area "norms"- Special Lot and Location features eg Lake-view, Cul-de-sac, desirable HOA , etc.- HOA Fees and Financial Stability- Verification of" HUD Tag" and Serial# affixed to unit- Possible issues on" built-ons" ( carports,screen-porches,fencing) present- affecting insurance ,code compliance , or re-sale.

Alot of people think Realtors are all property managers and while many states you need to be licensed to manage other owners property (Delaware where I am for instance) that doesn't mean they know what they're doing.I'm sorry you're going through this. 

In Delaware the process takes about 3 months start to finish (or more) so the sooner you get started the better.

I agree with @Nelson De la Torre on the timing of the eviction and general process for Atlanta.

For me I thought for one second this country may need to de-privatization of insurance business in the future.

There may be some events that may occur that may loosen this up over the next 6-12 months, but a solution to the inventory shortage is no where on the horizon.This means that there will be no price drop, at least in my area interest PA DE NJ MD.
