Upon or before closing, the condo association will deliver a closing letter outlining the account status of the unit being purchased.

It's also true that bigger higher value/more expensive properties deliver higher returns for me so don't try to buy cheap as it often is short sighted.  

There is also someone in the process of starting a business that would deliver home cooked meals to homes, and also offer grocery pick up and delivery to help the community members from commuting as frequently.

If you only got average data, you were probably delivered info from a different source (you probably have no way to verify for yourself since it's 3rd party doing the search for you). 

That's great, it is always a plus when the trades people you work with tell you the worst that can occur but deliver a much better scenario.  

I checked the landlord/tenant laws and it does say it can be delivered vacant by eviction or you can evict.

I would follow this up with a letter hand delivered or regular mail and another copy sent certified mail. 

Seller/Owner has not delivered any funds since the summer, though.  

I will say that 90% of the time was spent delivering actual content, and the information presented, in my opinion, was accurate.
