The tenant that rented it no longer resides there so you should be able to declare the current residents illegal tenants and remove them.

questions concerning Florida court foreclosure auctionsI am curious about why do some lenders disclose/show their minimum bid/reserve price at the court auction and some hide it. is it because their want money quicker to move on , and don't have the time to find agents to resell the property on the MLS, or on site like auction.com, hubzu and come etc etc ?

Property manager has finally gotten a judgement (I found out from the court), however throughout the process (since Jan) communication has been very poor, infact non-existent with the PM.
