Im looking to connect with some possible one stop shop brokers/agents for SFR properties that have experience dealing with first time overseas based buyers, someone that has experience with pre and post deal needs. 

I've seen several cases where a lender or bank stopped offering a product, but their website still says it does, and I have to show the borrower a news article where they held a press conference (or whatever) announcing that they no longer offer it. 

Even though this downturn still has stopped a decent amount of buyers, the supply of a good MF is tough. 

But then the court dates got pushed back, and California put a stop to all unlawful detainers until 90 days after the state of emergency is lifted.

I am a full time carpenter and after I was on the show I stopped watching HGTV immediately because it is nothing like doing everything for yourself!

My recommendation is to stop calling Cambridge central MN.Good luck with your project.

If that is the case, at what point do you stop working your job?

If they were paying you rent it would stop any adverse possession type claim but a whole other can of worms might be opened up, plus you’d need liability insurance for the playscape.

But I also haven't stopped transacting because of COVID either.
