During the crash there were some good websites that plotted HPI data, which I liked.

We export the idea of america to the world, we have the greatest fighting force in the world yet that couldn't stop 3,000 plus people from dying when two planes crashed into the towers.any country that doesn't manufacture cannot survive, what do we offer to the world?

With the recent RE crash, there are great properties in neighorhoods where going to eviction court is not considered a necessary social rite of passage.The rule of buying only where you would live is a good one.

I became disenchanted after graduating just after the crash ... put a real obstacle in getting work as an architect with any local firms.

That lasted for 3 years until the market crash caught up with me.

Jason the big banks are just selling off the paper and that's where they make the money.Since the last real estate crash when paper was sold to Wall Street and loans defaulted there have been "buy back" provisions implemented on all loans that are sold off.This is why large banks do not want to sell off non-conforming paper and just vanilla type stuff.

Then there's a yellow, then a sea green and then multiple coats of white from when it became a rental.I think pink and green came along in the 50's and came to a sad crash with pink bathtubs and toilets in the 70's and maybe 80's.

I owned property before and after the 2008 crash and was able to get some of my best deals a year after that mess.

( that is single engine)  Google the  Cirrus parachute pull off of Maui on U Tube or how ever you guys get on those sites its totally cool to watch.. ferry pilot had his gas tank fail and he ran out of gas 150 miles from Maui.. not to worry pull the chute land softly  cruise ship near by sends tender and your eating lobster for dinner.. do that in a plane without a chute and your lobster food.heheDid you see the recent place crash in Lake Erie?
