Lots of activity on those auctions though and typically get bid up higher then my MAO.I know how to find the owner and contact them directly but what is the process to buying directly from them prior to the auction date?

How do you Wholesale an off market property and who do contact?

Hi @James Piercy  Just sent you a DM with my contact in Austin.

The newfound sellers clouded the title so now we're stuck doing nothing with the property.Ever since we contacted the title company to file a claim, they've been dodging our calls and coming up with a lot of very convenient excuses, such as "the title attorney is on lunch," "our systems are down," etc. 

I would say your best bet is to attend the next Hoa meeting, ask them how they tried to contact you, and then ask for a “reasonable” $50-$100/month fine.

Include the need to know information and a way for people to sign up or contact you.

If anyone has any questions about this they should really contact their own lawyer in the state in question. 

@Jorge De Jesus - I'd suggest contacting the AOPA  (https://www.aopa.org/about/contact-aopa)  Not sure who there could help but they are a great resource for private pilots.
