I want to add that if you're interested in rental properties, then get a copy of your state's landlord/tenant handbook or whatever they call it.

Junk bonds, corporate debt, consumer debt (3x worse than  last crash), pensions, etc.

It's a very simple concept that few people understand because reading is laborious and most people don't like to consume that much content. 

If you know any CPA's, they could likely do the work for you because it is pretty simple and straightforward work - problem is that it can be very time consuming.

Hopefully it goes that smoothly for you because in my state it is very time consuming and costly to evict someone for anything other than non payment of rent. 

@Don Crandell Driving for Dollars can be quite time consuming for the return, especially if you have a day job.

I normally use FB Marketplace and Craigslist, but with the need to fill 6 or 7 in 6 weeks, that's gonna be time consuming!

In my opinion, I would rather make several deals with the money instead of a time consuming single deal.
