Hi greg, just to be upfront, I don’t know your background or your network , but I find it laughable and nonsense that you are a #2 contributor for “market trends and data” and can’t provide any advice other than find a program, find some books, and go get educated.

You want to be sure they have dealt with investors’ money before and been able to provide them with returns.

One of my strategies will be to put money into energy efficiency to decrease heating costs, and increase my cash flow - Maine has some good loan programs/rebates that can really help tighten up a building, and finance efficient heating, so I'll be taking advantage of those.

Unless you plan to sell your home soon, cash out refi it.
