Warren Buffet has just changed the playing field with the introduction of the CASH program, which allows you to fill vacant lots with potentially zero out of your pocket.

I would pray and pray for him to give me a better opportunity and now I have all the time in the world to begin my real estate investing career!

I will be able to immediately go see a property if need be and still field the calls as they come from my car.  

I am trying to kick off my investing career with the FHA loan strategy and invest in a Quad.

Worth area, just recently graduated college about a year and a half ago and have been fortunate enough to land a job in my career field (accounting).

Is there a field I am missing?

The barriers to entry in the field are fairly low, so if you run a good business you will likely exceed your expectations (and your clients too!).

I'll spend some time, maybe a year, as an agent to build connections and get experience in the field.

Over the last 3 months, I am proud to say that I have made respectable progress in terms of laying a solid foundation for my REI career outside of my long work weeks.

I know that the debt is unavoidable but my question is if I'm good in math and and working with numbers, and love business(someday want to be a CEO or entrepreneur) what major/minor should I look into that can help me obtain a nice FT career(not a job) that has a nice salary so once I finish college I can pay off my loans and invest in RE comfortably.
