I am doing this part time now but plan to retire withing 4 years and want to build a portfolio for generating income for my retirement (and maybe a continuing business after I retire from my Engineering job).

My engineering and gaming background has turned me into a serial min-maxer, but I'd love to be able to run some basic and not so basic scenarios by people who've already been through a couple+ purchases.Anyway, just wanted to say I'm glad to be apart of the community, and looking forward to digging in and learning even more.

His connections to an attorney, mortgage broker, insurance broker, engineering inspection company, property management, etc. provided me with an instant team that already all communicate on a regular basis and know each other by first name.

I need to locate the owner of a burned down vacant property.

thanks every one, (Steve) what I learned is the permit that was pulled is for the engineering firm to do the testing (they have to pull permit because there test requires drilling ) when they finish they recorded the results ( sinkhole activities where on the property also they stated how to fix it ) later they closed the permit.
