She's had breathing problems (not related to her smoking of course).

Now anyone who wants to demonstrate what I'm talking about can simply grab a coffee filter or white t-shirt and blow a puff of pot smoke through it.

I am sure some software gurus could come up with something that could quickly filter the keywords / sentence structure and tie them to a list of popular discussions/topics best fitting the content of the new question or statement.

I did add a couple hundred to the bath/shower, I added in $2,000 for Surprises (which is above) and I added in a grand total of +10% of the repair costs to give a little breathing room.  

I've been playing around with some of them that have been recommended on BP and notice that when I apply certain filters it reduces the list to zero and I find that hard to believe... appreciate any help. 

Which leads do you filter Are probably the best to knock on?

Be sure to filter the results specific to your area and connect with all of them.

It will allow you time to catch your breath after a long move, learn the area, figure out the roads, etc, and learn where it's best to live for your commute, schools (if needed) etc.

I had the duct work and furnace professionally cleaned and installed a charcoal filter.
