As close to the road as that is it would be visible so a building inspector (or busy body neighbor) could easily turn you in for violating building code and then you'd be forced to remove it at your cost.

We moved on then gave up after realizing the next, also highly recommended, 'CPA' hadn't claimed the company's cell phone costs, had counted returned monies as income as well as the petty cash (although compete with receipts).
