"Auto correct" changed that on me before noticing it

Once we tackled the student loans, consumer debt and auto loans, we started saving for a rainy day fund.  

As long as people know you are professional and will do everything possible to make them money you will be able to chose who you prefer to work with on deals.After a while you will develop relationships with like minded people and go out to make your dreams reality.Incredible wholesalers are like honest mechanics.

No issues as of yet, although we are holding off on putting all the new appliances in until after there are no more showings.I know some investors with 160 rentals of mostly single family homes in the Chicago suburbs who don't use Rently or Showmojo, they just use mechanical lockboxes, and give out codes and tell people that the house has an alarm and cameras and if they aren't there at the right time the silent alarm will go off and cops will come.

From the paperwork that I received (from a structural/mechanical engineering consultant), it seems that there was foundation work done to level the home and the final leveling of the house ranges from -1.4-0 in the garage and -0.3-0.1 in the home itself.The opinion of the company that did the foundation inspection is that the property is satisfactory and meets 2012 IRC building codes.

Only washer dryer and mechanical rooms.I will buy it as is.

I have a decent amount of mechanical aptitude. 

Doctors, Lawyers, Architects, Nurses, Auto Mechanics, etc...don't have a problem with it.  

I have a mechanical background and enough fiance to get into trouble. 

I was a full time auto shop owner working 10 hour days and then leaving the shop to work on my flip with my partner who was a dental assistant.Here we are 11 years later, 25 flips, and now we are both licensed real estate agents having a ton of fun and making good money.
