I have used some property management companies, but it has worked best to use a realtor or handymen to do specific tasks for me "a la carte" rather than pay a property manger a monthly fee to do nothing except collect rent and issue a monthly statement. 

Since there is a lot of physical labor and assembly required, I suggest hiring a task rabbit or a handyman for a day or two to assist.

There is nothing about crowdfunding that ensures the sponsor is up to the task.
