are those air conditioners sitting on plastic?

Keep in mind they need new ductwork transitions, PVC flue and air intake and will alter gas fittings and electrical.

@David Frost I need to have a window air conditioner installed.

I recommend doing that near Nellis AFB where you will be able to rent to Air Force Personnrel.

She understands the market very well and works with a lot of air force buyers / sellers.

I had a person that was mentoring me for a little while and then he completely disappeared into thin air.

I also wrapped in some basic analytics like rental days/goal days, average booked rental rate, average rented days, etc.And I included some very simple reminders to let me know when to change air filters, smoke detector batteries, things like that.I couldn't rely on syncing Airbnb and VRBO/Homeaway calendars using the tools that either company provided so I just rolled my own.
