With the HIPPA  Laws being in place how do you know your tenant is using medical marijuana or the marijuana they bought on the corner from a dealer and is it legal to ask in some states?

I took a glance at another post to get a read on you, only to find you calling investors who charge application fees for more than one tenant, as running their business like a dope dealer, and charging $5 for the trouble of replacing a lost key, huckster penny pinchers. 

I totally agree and in areas where we can not rely on the moral compass of RE dealers on this matter, HUD sets acceptable practice.

If they buy through me (I'm not an agent, but often have homes available or will find one for them) or one of my affiliate agents, they get a credit equal to, say, 5% of rents paid.  

If I wanted to make-"nothing" I'd keep buying and selling cars thru my friends dealer.
