If they can't provide the lease, give them a notice that advise them that you will they would have to apply to rent the property again which gives you the opportunity to choose whom ever you want to live there. 

I advised her that she must be out by 02/28/17.

I can tell you I almost never advise my clients to hold real estate in a C Corp.

I am wondering if any investors/realtors in that area could advise about options.

You might have to hire an attorney, and/or aCPA, and/or a tax consultant to advise you on how is the best way to do it.
