LLC, Series LLC or LLC taxed as a C corp
Hello,
I am looking to start flipping homes and adding rental properties in the near future. I will be working with a hard money lender who requires and LLC or Corp. After reading about LLC's I'm a little confused about which I should be getting. I've concluded that a LLC taxed as a C-corp is my best bet. Am i making the right choice, or am i missing something?
Thanks everyone.
I reside in Florida.
