There are usually a number of factors that can play into when you should list your property; ie. location matters, as some states or cities have in recent years put in place laws which dictate that you must accept the first qualified tenant that you find, whereas in other states/cities you might have more flexibility.

The rest is just ego, pride, desire for social acceptance, image and need for admiration.

Finally, it’s pretty well accepted that jobs and population growth go hand-in-hand.

They can only accept one offer since there’s only one property.

I think they are becoming more accepted but they do have a long way to go until they are treated the same as stick-built homes.

I know I have heard someone say before that they get an offer accepted and have a contract, then they will go and install a water heater or whatever is needed with there own money so then they are able to get the loan approved.

We are priced about the same as the apartments, and while we don't have a gym or pool, we do have a yard and accept pets.
