I'm looking for someone with experience in Multifamily, I'm a newbie in this field looking to learn with someone in the area. I have a truck and a lot of time on my hands. If any other investors in the area need help feel free to reach out to me or leave your contact information and I will reach out to you.

Thank you in advance!

Nick, do you have any specific skills that investors may find useful?  If so list those as well.  Also since you have time on your hands go out and try to find a deal and bring it to your local real estate investors club or group.  That is the best way to add value to an investor.  If you bring a bad deal that's not the end of the world, they will understand you are new and help you learn how to better analyze deals.

Thank you for the tip! I have two realtors in my family so I can get information really quickly on properties, I worked on my family’s rentals for about 5 or so years, I’m pretty good with Microsoft office, I found a five unit apartment in a desirable area originally to wholesale but I want to acquire it after analyzing it a little more, and I’m just a hungry young man willing to work I used to play football on the college level so I’m looking to bring my work ethic developed over the years to real estate investing. Thanks!
