I think it would be a great spot, I have an STR in Mooresville, on Lake Norman, and a long term in Charleston.

My Fiance' and I own 5 condos on Lake Erie in Port Clinton, Ohio. 

This might be another reason Vrbo is so much better on our 6 bedroom PF cabin.Vrbo is also better on our 3 bedroom SC Lake house too.

So I will tell ya @Chris Troutman, I had the same issue with our lake house.

Hello, Folks,I'm looking for others interested in starting up a Joliet-area REIA.Most of the known groups meet up in the western suburbs - Lombard, Elmhurst, Villa Park, even as far out as Crystal Lake.

Does anyone know of a lender who will do a DSCR loan in Missouri, specifically in lake of the Ozarks?

We spent 2 years stripping it to the studs, rewiring, re-plumbing & opening it up into 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths & a new 23x12 kitchen overlooking the Lake & the daily sunrises/sunsets.
