Looking for new ATR areas

Hello! I have three doors in Michigan, one door in Pennsylvania and I'm looking to move on to a new area. Id prefer a property under 200K that doesnt need too much work, and that may bring in about 30k gross from STR. I like smaller cities with fewer restrictions. Any suggestions?

Hi @Sheina Lassalle, have you thought about the Carolinas?! I think it would be a great spot, I have an STR in Mooresville, on Lake Norman, and a long term in Charleston. We really love the area, but its also all I know!
