Is it possible to wholesale a home that’s not distressed..but could use remodeling and the seller is very motivated to sell?

A lot of houses that are remodeled have issues that were not addressed but are nothing more than lip stick on a pig!

The challenges with new construction in fast-appreciating Austin is they offer little to no cash flow, may appreciate slower, and don’t offer you many opportunities to add equity with any remodeling.

Also, i would need an investor to help me with this property and remodel -something that i have never used before and scares me some- I'm just now starting to make a profit on my cabin and have ways to go before breaking even on my cash investment.

@Rosa Lepore Yes typically one JV partner funds the remodel and the other the purchase.
