It's a declining biz model.....the city is trying to crack down on them, and insurance co.s are pushing back on the testing charges (which is where the profit is).

Hi everyone, Wanted to see if anyone had insight into the the Knoxville market.

I have read that you can contact  the nearest hospitals  and offer services, so how is this done successfully out if state and what are other means for the example staffing agencies. 

This question has come up a few times with prospective clients recently, so I thought I'd shed some light on it.Generally, being an employee in a real estate business does not automatically qualify you for REPS unless you own at least 5% of the employer.

What are some tips and tricks or advice you would give to better manage a quadplex that might differ from a SFH?

I have read a lot about how the seller can do the closing on the sale himself, and save the buyer and himself a large fee.

They probably had to come up with money to cover a lien claim or such, resulting in the charge. 

If it's suburban, then the community room would be a good alternative to making it an amenity that brings in some cash to offset its expenses.  

Try to avoid mixing your primary residence up in your projects, I've seen it turn ugly, Fast.
