I'm currently in the process of educating myself on real estate investing, in particular Real Estate Wholesaling.

Hello BP family,Quick question, i am looking into educating myself on private money (how to talk to investors, etc).

I am very passionate about RE investing and am continually educating myself through reading good books and interacting with BP material.

Nobody should look at them as any form of training or education as a lot of things/steps are left out of the shows.Mostly, the critical tasks needed to be successful in flipping aren’t shown:- how to find properties- how to determine ARV- how to determine the budget NEEDED to rehab the house to meet that ARV- carrying and closing costs- TIME!!!!!

@Neil Aggarwal - Texas does have both notices, but the notice of default, called "Notice of Default and Intent to Accelerate" in Texas, is not available to the public as it is only sent to the owner via certified mail.

I am working on my network,  finding resources, and educating myself!

You'll find a better & more educated class of people if you target agents as opposed to wholesalers.

The more educated you are, the less risk you take on.
