It's an older home I actually lived in for 10 years.My mother in law just purchased a nice little tri-plex in Canton. 

As new investor, I got into Realestate because it was always an interest from young when my mother was driven to get her first home riding around finding & buying a beater having it broken into and taken our small amount of tools and helping her paint it and fix stuff or finding mr.fixits to do what we couldn't and watch like them hawks 1 to learn and 2 making sure we didn't get taken advantage of and calling and yelling at ones that left a job half done...

She's in dire straits ,and the father is in a nursing home in Fort Worth.

I am a nurse working in a CVICU, but over the past year I have started to become not completely satisfied with healthcare. 

I am currently a cardiac nurse at Barnes Jewish Hospital.

Fast forward to December and my mother decided to take a loan out on her house to remodel it and pull enough to buy a small rental.

Almost everyone and there mother is an agent but that doesn't mean that they are a good agent that provides their commission in value and worth.

The primary tenant's elderly mother who lives with her was the one home as she was at work.
