I've never had to file a claim, but I have had good prices and service so far from Travelers insurance. 

I would never ever pay for a service, I do not believe they can analyze the nuances that I can.

Yeah, I'm stuck on choosing for long term, which we fully intend to develop with other services that we currently offer, and will be able to offer in the long run, and the quick and dirty easy to remember name.

I used Buildium software, which has a listing feature, and that lists the units on Zillow, Apartment List, and Rental Path, and then from there other services pick up the ads and repost them.

I would think it would be part of the budget (a Maintenance Item) and then everyone assessed for it, by a small increase in your monthly HOAs.

@Mark SpritzWhile in the the year that you open the solo 401k plan you need to be merely pursuing self-employment activity (see IRS Publication 560 which lists this specific language), it is important to note that generally in order to continue with the solo 401k plan you must continue to to perform "material services" with the intent to generate earned income from self-employment.
