But one of my main focus' on becoming part of this community is to actually grow in my real estate knowledge and take action so it may bring wealth to me and my wife n family.

Puckett is really good with marketing, and he is awesome about sharing his knowledge and helping newbies.

There are a ton of knowledgeable real estate investors and some very successful wholesalers here.

Another point is that it can take quite a while to build up your knowledge on what is a good deal, especially if you are looking at something specific like multi-family.

I've also found out there is a REI group that meets in Brookfield, which could be a good way to expand your local knowledge base and meet others who are already doing it.

I bet you know more people upset at earning 0.1% right now than you think.Partnering with someone that has cash but no interest or knowledge in real estate might also be an option.If you can purchase a portfolio of properties at once (yes, it happens) it will likely find be easier to find a lender willing to fund these long term, than if you buy one SFR at a time.

The experience and knowledge you can acquire is well worth the investment in time & expense of the course.
