That makes more sense, I couldn't imagine moving into a fixer upper within 2 months especially considering the fixer upper I'm thinking about purchasing.

(and as I mentioned to someone on BP a while back looking to do a long distance rehab/flip in of all places, Shorewood-you just picked probably the toughest municipality in the metro area to do anything in and be prepared to be told to fix or change things you'd never imagine doing and spending $$$$ on that!)

I do not want my parents to get evicted, I will pour all the money I make from my side hustle to help my parents out, and when my software startup gets funded, I will probably take the minimal salary, but from that salary it will go to help out my parents and pay bills.

I snaked it, replaced the S-trap and poured acid down the drain to get everything else clear in the pipes.
