In this process she apparently also obtained a land patent via attorneys, which according to them or her will prevent any future seizures by banks or the county, through foreclosure or tax liens(seems suspicious).Real estate attorneys, what are land patents?

@Steven Young, I have attended an auction (Dekalb county) and what I could realize is: As it is a redeemable deed State You gonna buy the property and only will be able to gain possession of it after a year (redeemable period) - also going to take some extra days to deal with the foreclosure process.

Their rates seem pretty reasonable as well 4.74 for first year, then prime + 2.36.I'm also looking into San Diego County Credit Union, it looks like their margin is smaller (1.5), and they have better introductory rates.
