However the larger established homes and gated areas have limited deals but have great potentials due to increasing job growth within the medical field, military, and the retirees switching to north fl and South Georgia for "bang for their buck".

Hello, I will be starting my REI journey along with my wife this year in the Atlanta GA area.

So I've been doing my homework and hate motebi look around it seems like my dollars would be better served by investing in a  market out of town i originally was looking for a buy and hold prop in Augusta or savannah GA but after looking at the Atlanta area I'm wondering if I should focus on that area mainly bc the rents are a little higher for about the same purchase price..

I traveled to midtown,jonesboro, douglasville,Dallas GA,acworth,rockmart,dunwoody,Buckhead,etc,etc,etc I am on the hunt looking for a nice reasonable area to relocate as well good areas to reinvest.
